Expert in engineering structures, mainly engaged in diagnosis and treatment of industrial and civil buildings, as well as research on the application of carbon fiber in civil engineering. Born in January 1962 in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province. Graduated from the Architecture Research Institute of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry in 1988 with a master's degree.
In 2017, he was elected as an academician of the CAE Member.
